Parabenz-250 mg Oral Suspension contains Paracetamol, an antipyretic (fever reducer) and analgesic (pain reliever). It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, chemical messengers responsible for pain and fever. Additionally, it promotes heat loss through sweating, helping to regulate body temperature.

While generally well-tolerated, this medicine may cause mild side effects such as abdominal pain, cold-like symptoms, or diarrhea. These effects typically subside on their own. However, if they persist or worsen, consult a pediatrician. Parabenz-250 mg should be given strictly as prescribed by the doctor. Avoid exceeding the recommended dosage. It can be administered with or without food, and the dosage will be determined based on the child’s condition and severity of symptoms.

This medication is intended only for pediatric use. Do not give it to children who have a known allergy to Paracetamol.
